 Shipping rate is a flat rate for each product. At this time we can only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.  No PO Boxes Please 

All orders processed within 24 hours. Most orders delivered in less then 14 working days of process date. Freight shipment may take longer. You will be contacted with delivery date if more then 14 working days.

In case of back order you will be contacted within 48 hours about ship date or refund.

Returns

We have several suppliers and they have different return policies. Contact us immediately so we can get you the proper return information and Return Manufacture Authorization (RMA) #.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization (an RMA #). This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible. Please make sure to include all details in your RMA request to get the quickest response. There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product. Closeout items are unable to be returned. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.

Please send in an RMA request to have your order returned. Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the warehouse. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations,

All products contain a - Manufacturer Warranty - or distributor warranty, unless stated otherwise.

Dead-on-arrival products, Short-shipments must be reported within 10 business days from delivered date.

All returns must include a valid Return Manufacture Authorization (RMA) number (via e-mail).

RMA number will be valid within 14 business days from issued date.

After 14 days manufacturers support is offered on all products. Generally, support on products ranges from one to three years unless otherwise stated.

The manufacturer requires that all support and warranty claims be handled directly through them.

The end-user is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and activating the warranty.

Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

All defectives product will be replaced within warranty period.

All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Full refund will be issued if replacement is not available.

No UPS pick up service for all return merchandise.

Shipping/Return-shipping costs are not refundable.

Manufacturer Warranty information is available outside/ inside the packaging. If product is not covered by manufacturer warranty it will be clearly stated in the description on the website.

Term of warranty varies by manufacturer. Customer is responsible for facilitation of warranty with manufacturer.

Once you complete the checkout. You will not be able to combine additional orders. No exceptions.

No walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

No return or exchange after 30 days of proof of delivery.

RMA number will be invalidated if return is not back with in 14 days.

All returns must include a copy of the order inside the box

You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise

DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 25% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials

All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.

The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.

Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.

DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:

  1. Note any damages on the receipt.

  2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Us for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the co-signer. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.

If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged

If a product arrives damaged we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, we are not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, we must be notified immediately so we can issue (an RMA #) authorization and the proper warehouse address . The customer will need to pay for the return ground shipping but will be refunded 100 % of the order's cost or will receive exchange. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse.

You will be refunded in the same manner of payment that you paid for the original order with. Please allow up to 2 weeks, after the item has arrived, for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact Us with any questions you may have.
